Thanks for writing · Operations audit

Here is what happens next.

The audit takes two to three weeks. It needs no logins and no client names, and the report goes to the owner first.

Two to three weeks, once we start

In order.

  1. 01
We read your answers and reply by email

A person reads every inquiry. The reply says whether this is a fit, and if it is, when we could start.

  2. 02
    A short call

With you and whoever decides. We ask about the problem in your words, what you'd want to celebrate in a year, and what's in the way.

  3. 03
    A one-page proposal, in writing

Your problem, how we'd solve it, what's included, what it costs, and the first two weeks. One page, no deck.

  4. 04
A mutual non-disclosure agreement, then the booking

Both sides sign before kickoff. The audit is paid when you book it, and the fee is credited in full toward an embedded engagement that starts within sixty days.

  5. 05
    Kickoff with the owner

What you think is broken, what better looks like, and what's off limits.

  6. 06
    Interviews and one real workflow

Three to five short interviews with the people doing the work, never evaluative. Then we follow one real inquiry from arrival to closed or dead.

  7. 07
    The report, to you first

The operations map, the numbers, the top five constraints ranked, three quick wins and a 30/60/90-day plan. You decide who else sees it.

What we’ll ask

Nothing to prepare for the call.

These come up on the call and in the kickoff. Read them so nothing surprises you.

  • What you think is broken, and what better looks like
  • Every tool you pay for, who pays, and who has access
  • Who to interview: the admin, a top performer, a mid-tier person, and the newest hire

The newest hire still sees the friction everyone else stopped noticing.

  • One read-only export from your CRM with seven columns: record ID, created date, last activity, source, stage, assigned person, and area of interest

That is the whole data ask. No names, no logins.

Worth having ready

For when we start.

  • 01A list of your subscriptions and who pays for them
  • 02Whoever can produce the seven-column export, or a note that nobody can. That is a finding, not a failure.
  • 03The people to interview, and a short note to them that nothing is attributed to an individual
