Check your marketThe real issue
You need someone inside helping decide what actually matters.
Two days per week, on-site. First we find where time, attention, and deals are leaking. Then we remove friction and improve the system every month.
The role
Two on-site days every week. A written roadmap before anything gets built. Systems, workflows, training, and internal AI infrastructure included. Everything stays yours.
The first 90 days
Leadership first. Operations second. Agents third. Everyone learns what matters for their role.
Custom calculators, sharper insights, and branded tools give producers real infrastructure behind them.
Listings, people, pipeline, reporting, and the next action become visible to the whole team.
Better systems create leverage. Retaining one strong producer can repay the investment.

One market. One operating advantage.
Look first. Build second.
Leadership, operations, top producers, workflows, systems, and communication. End the month with a ranked roadmap.
The operating hub goes live, priority systems ship, and the team learns the new way of working.
Each month, solve the next constraint: new systems, new training, and new leverage.
No surprise costs
Tools, subscriptions, systems, builds, training, and weekday support are part of the operating relationship.
Predictable rhythm
Strategy, priority decisions, system reviews, team training, build work, and leadership support.
What improved. What shipped. What comes next.
Re-rank the roadmap and choose the next phase of growth.
Direct answers. No spin.
That is decided after observation, not before it. Month one maps how the brokerage really runs. You then receive a written, ranked execution plan explaining what gets built, why it matters, and in what order.
The minimum commitment is three months. After that, you can leave with 30 days notice. The systems, tools, training, and documentation built for your brokerage stay yours.
Because the advantage only works if it is exclusive. Giving two competing offices the same operating layer would dilute the value for both.
Individual tool use is not an operating system. This connects leadership, workflows, onboarding, reporting, data, and day-to-day execution across the whole brokerage.
Your data stays in your environment. The agreement includes an NDA, and no brokerage CRM, listing, or agent data is stored outside the systems approved for your operation.
