01What exactly will you build?

That is decided after observation, not before it. Month one maps how the brokerage really runs. You then receive a written, ranked execution plan explaining what gets built, why it matters, and in what order.

02What if we decide it is not a fit?

The minimum commitment is three months. After that, you can leave with 30 days notice. The systems, tools, training, and documentation built for your brokerage stay yours.

03Why only one brokerage per market?

Because the advantage only works if it is exclusive. Giving two competing offices the same operating layer would dilute the value for both.

04Our agents already use ChatGPT. How is this different?

Individual tool use is not an operating system. This connects leadership, workflows, onboarding, reporting, data, and day-to-day execution across the whole brokerage.

05What happens to our data?

Your data stays in your environment. The agreement includes an NDA, and no brokerage CRM, listing, or agent data is stored outside the systems approved for your operation.
