One brokerage in your market pulls ahead.

The rest will call it a buyer’s market.

Your Fractional AI & Operations Officer—embedded alongside leadership, connecting the systems you already use, training the team, and building only where a real gap remains.

The real issue

You do not need another disconnected AI tool.

You need someone inside the business making your existing systems work together.

For brokerages based in Cabo San Lucas or San José del Cabo, that includes one working day per week, on-site. In La Paz, Todos Santos, and East Cape, we agree a remote or hybrid cadence. First we find where time, attention, information, and deals are leaking. Then we configure what you already have, connect what should work together, and improve the operation every month.

Your brokerage website, MLS, and IDX stay with their specialist providers. We improve the operation around them.

What this looks like in practice

A quiet example.

Every brokerage has buyers who went quiet. They asked about something specific, attention moved to the next deal, and ninety days later nobody has followed up.

With access to your CRM, we surface those dormant contacts, group them by what they wanted and how warm they were, and prepare a personal follow-up for each one in the agent’s own voice. The agent reviews and approves every message before anything goes out.

How far this goes depends on what your records actually hold—which is one of the first things the audit tells you.

The role

Your Fractional AI & Operations Officer

A written roadmap before anything changes. Client-controlled cloud and AI accounts, connected workflows, practical team training, clear SOPs, and selective custom solutions. The embedded engagement follows the market-specific cadence above.

The first 90 days

The office starts to feel different before the market sees why.

01

Your team uses AI with purpose

Leadership first. Operations second. Agents third. Each person learns what matters for their role, inside approved brokerage accounts and workflows.

02

Information moves without being chased

Follow-up, handoffs, internal requests, reporting, and recurring work stop depending on memory and scattered messages.

03

Your existing systems work as one operation

Your website, MLS, IDX, CRM, cloud files, and specialist platforms remain in place. The workflows around them stop feeling fragmented.

04

Leadership knows what to improve next

A visible operating roadmap replaces random tool adoption. Every change has an owner, a reason, and a measurable purpose.

Client perspective

“When we first started, my website and social channels did not fully reflect the level of service I bring. Through Uriel’s guidance, strategy, and hands-on support, everything changed. Working with Uriel has truly been a game changer for me—both professionally and personally.”

One market. One operating advantage.

Observe → Prioritize → Install → Improve

No assumptions. No unnecessary rebuild.

Observe

Map the real operation

Leadership, operations, producers, workflows, access, account control, data, and communication—seen as they actually work.

Prioritize

Rank what matters

The audit ends with a written plan showing what should stay, what should connect, and what should change first.

Install

Configure, connect, and train

Establish client-controlled accounts, connect priority workflows, document the system, and train the people using it.

Improve

Remove the next constraint

Measure adoption, refine the operation, and build a custom solution only when the existing stack cannot solve an important gap cleanly.

Clear scope. Clear control.

Your brokerage controls the infrastructure.

Your AI, cloud, and approved platform accounts stay under your control. You invite us through role-based admin or consultant access so we can configure them, connect the workflows, document how everything operates, and train your team. You can revoke that access. Third-party subscriptions are approved by you and billed directly to your brokerage.

Predictable rhythm

Nothing is left to chance.

Every week

Embedded + async operations

One on-site working day for brokerages based in Cabo San Lucas or San José del Cabo. An agreed remote or hybrid cadence in La Paz, Todos Santos, and East Cape. Plus priority decisions, system reviews, training, and leadership support.

Every month

Operations review

What improved. What was connected. What the team adopted. What comes next.

Every quarter

Roadmap reset

Re-rank the operation and choose the next highest-leverage constraint to remove.

Direct answers. No spin.

The questions a serious operator should ask.

01What exactly will you change?

That is decided after observation, not before it. We map how the brokerage really operates, then deliver a written, ranked plan showing what should remain, what should be configured, what should connect, and what—if anything—needs to be built.

02Are you replacing our website, MLS, or IDX?

No. Real-estate websites, MLS platforms, and IDX integrations stay with specialist providers. We improve the operation around them: workflows, access, follow-up, internal knowledge, reporting, AI use, documentation, and team adoption.

03How does the on-site cadence work?

Engagements based in Cabo San Lucas or San José del Cabo include one on-site working day each week. For La Paz, Todos Santos, and East Cape, we agree a remote or hybrid cadence that fits the operation.

04Who owns the accounts, subscriptions, and documentation?

Your brokerage controls its cloud and AI accounts, data, instruction files, SOPs, internal tools, and approved project outputs. You invite Future Is Custom through role-based admin or consultant access for configuration and support, and can revoke that access. Third-party subscriptions are approved by you and billed directly to your brokerage.

05Our agents already use AI tools. How is this different?

Individual tool use is not an operating system. This creates an approved, documented way for leadership, operations, and agents to use AI inside the brokerage’s real workflows—with clear ownership, training, and standards.

06Can we start without committing to the full engagement?

Yes. The paid operations audit is US$3,500. Over two to three weeks, we map the operation, quantify the friction, and deliver a ranked plan. The full audit fee is credited if an embedded engagement begins within 60 days.

07What if the full engagement is not a fit?

The embedded engagement has a three-month minimum. After that, you can leave with 30 days’ notice. Your accounts, documentation, workflows, training materials, and approved project outputs stay under your control.

08Why only one brokerage per market?

Because the advantage only works if it is exclusive. Giving two competing offices the same operating layer would dilute the value for both.

09What happens to our data?

Your data moves only through systems approved for the engagement and under agreed access and retention rules. The agreement includes an NDA, and the brokerage retains control of its CRM, listing, and agent records.

Last question

Is your market still available?

Tell us how the brokerage operates today, which market you serve, and where the friction lives. Start with the US$3,500 paid audit or discuss the full embedded engagement. Final scope and pricing depend on brokerage size, current systems, and the agreed on-site, remote, or hybrid cadence.
