Thanks for writing · Connected tools

Here is what happens next.

We connect the tools you already pay for. Custom software only when a real gap remains.

Step by step

In order.

  1. 01
We read your answers and reply by email

A person reads every inquiry. The reply says whether this is a fit, and if it is, when we could start.

  2. 02
    A short call

With you and whoever decides. We ask about the problem in your words, what you'd want to celebrate in a year, and what's in the way.

  3. 03
    A one-page proposal, in writing

Your problem, how we'd solve it, what's included, what it costs, and the first two weeks. One page, no deck.

  4. 04
A one-page agreement books the start date

It says what's included, how payment works, how changes are handled, and that you own every account, file and output. The first payment holds your start date.

  5. 05
Kickoff: one workflow, end to end

We follow one real inquiry from where it arrives to where it should end up, and note every place it's retyped or dropped.

  6. 06
    Connect

Forms, email, CRM and files, wired so information moves once. Dashboards and alerts only where they change a decision.

  7. 07
    Handover

Every connection documented, in your accounts, with a short note on how to change it. You own it.

  8. 08
    One update a week

Same day every week: what's done, what's next, what we need from you, and any risks. Anything outside the agreed scope is priced in writing before it starts.

What we’ll ask

Nothing to prepare for the call.

These come up on the call and in the kickoff. Read them so nothing surprises you.

  • Where an inquiry arrives today, and where it should end up
  • The tools involved, and which ones people actually open
  • One real example of a lead that got lost between apps
  • Who needs to see what, and when

Worth having ready

For when we start.

  • 01A list of the tools you pay for
  • 02One recent inquiry you can trace from start to finish
  • 03Access to the tools, created in your name, when the work starts
