Thanks for writing · AI Onboarding Kit

Here is what happens next.

The kit takes about three weeks from kickoff to handover. You talk for ninety minutes; we do the rest.

About three weeks, once we start

In order.

  1. 01
We read your answers and reply by email

A person reads every inquiry. The reply says whether this is a fit, and if it is, when we could start.

  2. 02
    A short call

With you and whoever decides. We ask about the problem in your words, what you'd want to celebrate in a year, and what's in the way.

  3. 03
    A one-page proposal, in writing

Your problem, how we'd solve it, what's included, what it costs, and the first two weeks. One page, no deck.

  4. 04
A one-page agreement books the start date

It says what's included, how payment works, how changes are handled, and that you own every account, file and output. The first payment holds your start date.

  5. 05
    Kickoff: the interview

A ninety-minute conversation with you and one person who answers customers. Before it, we read your website, reviews, price list and past messages.

  6. 06
    We write and test

Six files, in English and Spanish. Then we run thirty real customer situations through them and fix every answer that isn't right.

  7. 07
    Handover

We install the files in the AI tool you use and show your team how to work with them. The files are yours.

What we’ll ask

Nothing to prepare for the call.

These come up on the call and in the kickoff. Read them so nothing surprises you.

  • Your story, and what makes you different

The first file: who we are.

  • What you sell, with prices and the rules for quoting them

So the assistant never invents a price.

  • The ten questions customers ask most, in their words

The kit answers forty-plus; these are the start.

  • The documents your team writes again and again: quotes, proposals, confirmations, handover notes, reports

So the AI drafts them your way, not a generic way.

  • How you handle bookings, changes, complaints and refunds
  • What the assistant must never promise, decide or guess

The last file: when to call a human.

  • Which languages your customers write in, and how formal you sound in each
  • A few sentences that sound like you, and the words you never use

    The voice file.

Worth having ready

For when we start.

  • 01Your website, and the reviews people leave you
  • 02Your current price list or rate sheet
  • 03Twenty or thirty real customer messages, with the names removed
  • 04One good example of each document you write often: a quote, a proposal, a handover note
  • 05The person on your team who answers customers most
