AI & cloud setup
Here is what happens next.
Setup is scoped on the call and quoted in the proposal. It starts with what you already have.
Step by step.
- 01We read your answers and reply by email
A person reads every inquiry and tells you if it’s a fit, and when we could start.
- 02A short call
With you and whoever decides. The problem, in your words.
- 03A one-page proposal, in writing
The problem, the fix, the price and the first two weeks. No deck.
- 04A one-page agreement books the start date
What’s included, how payment works, and that you own every account and file. The first payment holds your date.
- 05Kickoff: the inventory
Every AI and cloud account in use today, who owns it, who pays, and who can see what.
- 06Accounts in the business's name
You create them; we configure them and set the roles. We never hold your passwords.
- 07Written instructions and handover
How your team uses AI, written down so it works the same for everyone, plus a handover document you keep.
- 08One update a week
Same day each week: done, next, what we need from you, and any risks.
What we’ll ask.
Nothing to prepare for the call.
- Which AI and cloud accounts exist today, and whose name they are in
- Who pays for each, and who would be locked out if that person left
- What the team uses AI for most, and where the answers go wrong
- Who should be able to see and change what
Worth having ready.
- 01A list of subscriptions, even a rough one
- 02The email domain the business owns
- 03The person who will hold the admin role
After you sign, we send one form: every AI and cloud account, whose name it’s in, and who should see what.
What you can hold us to.
- Accounts are created in your name from day one. You can revoke our access at any time.
- Subscriptions stay in your name and you pay them directly.
- You own every account, file and output. Passwords never travel by email.
- Anything outside the agreed scope is priced in writing before it starts.
